Kaylee wanted her curly hair straight like her cousin Khloe's so Kristin straightened it Sunday for church

We love Sodalicious. Dirty Diet coke and a yummy sugar cookie. A Swig opened up on Provo but I think I like Sodalicious even better!

Baby Jaxon is one!! Chris and Kristin had a super cute birthday party for him!

Thursday:

Uncle Stefan put on a firework show at our house for Pioneer Day (July 24)

Saturday:

One of my favorite summer time meals is meatloaf and cream peas and potatoes. My grandma Marion made the BEST cream peas and potatoes and I can't help but remember her whenever I make them. 

Summer Fun

Jason and I both have the next month off for summer break! It will be fun to have time off together.

Taysom is SOOO long! He is already in 3-6 months clothes. The girls did not grow out of sizes nearly as quick. 

He loves it outside!

Taysom is getting so big! 

It's been really hot this week between 95-105 degrees. It's too hot to go outside to play during the day...we stayed inside and took "macaroni and CHEESE" selfies! 

Taysom is 2 months old today! He had grown 4 inches and gained 5 lbs. He is such a happy, calm little guy! We sure love him! 

Celebrating America at The Little America

Jason planned a little 4th of July over night trip to the Little America Hotel in SLC. We ate dinner, went swimming and watched all the Salt Lake fireworks shows from our 10th floor balcony! I loved watching in my PJs and eating some yummy chocolate cake! We had a great view of TONS of fireworks but I could not get a good picture. 

Khloe said "I love staying at this palace"

4th of July Family Party

Digging for money in sawdust. A 40 year tradition. It was my FAVORITE when I was a kid and I'm so glad my kids get to experience it too.
