Marion turns three

We had a Dora cake, decorated the birthday tree, had her favorite meal of spaghetti and salad and opened presents (Barbie camper, 6 pack of Barbie dolls and a toy purse with accessories)
We finally set up Taysoms race track set and set up the girls Kindle Fire tablets.

Two things to celebrate

We used an Outback Sreakhouse gift card Jason got and went out to eat on the 26th foto celebrate Marion's birthday early since it falls  on Sunday. There are two things to celebrate...Marion turning three and a successful meal out at a restaurant without any crying. Hooray!

Christmas Brunch

We went over to my parents house for Christmas scones, ham, potatoes, eggs and yummy pineapple/grapefruit/sprite punch. Khloe especially loved the drink in goblets and eating at the fancy table.

We ate and exchanged gifts between cousins and adults and everyone gave my parents their gifts. Khloe got this real microphone and my girls love it! Tay got a vacuum and Marion got the game cootie bugs and 3 pairs of dress up high heels. They all really liked their presents!

Christmas morning

Opening stockings...my favorite part
After the Santa toys were opened, we decided we were tired of sitting in the floor so we brought the presents from the tree over by the couches.
Marion liked handing them out

Daddy with Tay and his new Utah hat
I got a selfie stick!!

So much fun!

Christmas Eve Part 2

We put our gifts to Jesus in the Jesus stocking and then opened new PJ's and slippers.

Cookies for Santa
At they beginning of December I read to Khloe a bunch of Christmas traditions from other countries. She remembered that in France they also leave reindeer food in their shoes. She got to work and even wrote out individual name tags.
Santa made it!

He brought Khloe an 18 in doll, doll bed, doll clothes, and a Barbie head to style and put makeup on.
Marion got a giant stuffed horse to ride, a Kello Kitty cosmetics case with makeup, a Dora doll and a Dora yo-yo
Santa brought Taysom a race track, remote control car and an army guy with jeep and helicopter.

Christmas Eve Part 1

We had lots of yummy food, sang the 12 days of Christmas with pictures and the kids dressed up for the nativity. The two youngest boys did not want a costume.

Uncle Stefan read the story for us.
Filming and taking pictures
Watching the older kids
I loved this! Kenley grabbed a star off of the Jesus  tree when her dad got to that part of the story. One by one each child got a star off the tree. They were all holding one up by the end.

Everyone left by 7:00 to go home or to other parties. It was the perfect way to start off our Christmas Eve night.

All the pretty things

Marion loves her aunt Alyse. We have my sister's name for Christmas and Mary wants to buy her "all the pretty things" she sees. We have  already bought her present at the mall and Marion helped pick very pretty things...but here she was sad about a sparkley owl keychain at Kmart that we did not get for her.

Mailing letters to Santa at Macy's

On December 22nd we went to Macy's at the mall to mail our letters to Santa. They have a special North Pole mailbox. It was a crazy day! We forgot a stroller. The mall was a madhouse and all of their strollers were rented out! We went to Chick-fil-a and See's candy without a stroller. We were able to rent one to go to Macy's, finish Christmas shopping, sit on Santa's lap and stop at Hickory Farms.
